The location is good and they have parking on site. The rooms are new-fashioned and fashionable here with grand bed and a large bathroom plus both a walk in shower & a huge stand alone bath tub.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Belfast, short walk to the cocktail bar and Berts jazz bar, and the main tourist sites. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

Sensational breakfast for the start of the day with smoothie, an attentive waitress, thin porridge. Location - brilliant, close to the ever developing Belfast as well as the nearby Waterfront Hall.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the criteria, can just recommend it. I had climate control, free wireless internet access, and coffee in the beautifully decorated and well-equipped room. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was excellent. Sauna was right here too. The hotel had a perfect and fantastic location in the heart of Belfast. An in-house restaurant was beautiful.
